We actually sometimes try to find ways to ask before making the drink. The nicest way we've found is to say "Have you had one of those from us before?" Because you're right, usually they're expecting a French vanilla latte or something.
Of course, most of the time, whether they have had a cappuccino from us or not, they get all mad and offended. Dumb mall customers. Gah.
I've never flip quicked before. What's it like?
I have Monday and Tuesday off, but I probably won't be in Jackson that long.
